Shipments

Cost of shipping

The shipping costs of the product are 2.25€ in the Iberian Peninsula.

5.97€ in the Balearic Islands.

We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

Delivery time

Delivery is made by GLS and has a period of 24-72 working hours.

 

GLS

The delivery time counts from the time GLS collects the order at our logistics center until it is delivered to the address indicated. You will be able to know when your order has been picked up when you receive a GLS confirmation email. Orders are delivered on weekdays between 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Email confirmation

When your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email from GLS. In this e-mail will appear a link from which you can track the package and know the status of the order.

Change the delivery address

When you receive the confirmation from GLS, you will have the option to change the location and delivery date. It is recommended do it as soon as possible because if the order is already in distribution, you will not be able to change it.

Pick up my package at a branch or collection point

When you receive the GLS confirmation email, you can change the delivery location to a GLS office or pick-up point.

Tracking my order

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email from the shipping company with a tracking link, through which you can track your order at all times. If you want to cancel an order, write to us at info@olors.es. If the order has not yet left our warehouse, we can cancel it and you will be refunded the full amount of the purchase.

Returns

Only those products that are defective or broken will be replaced. Contact us via email info@olors.es, where we will indicate the shipping address. You should attach a photo of the product and we will send you another one or we will proceed with a refund. 

In order to complete the return, we need the receipt or proof of purchase of the product.

Refund 

Once we receive the product and we verify that everything is correct, you will be sent an email to notify you that we have received the item under the established conditions. You will also be notified if any materials / products are missing if necessary. If the refund is approved, the amount will be refunded to the respective credit / debit card or to the original payment method.
